January 1st 2008 The Batlift from AL-Vac is a flexible
fork truck attachment that offers
lifting capacities to 5t. The portable,
battery-powered vacuum lifter fits
easily to fork trucks, enabling them
to lift many different loads of
almost every shape and size.
A key feature of the device is its
ability to lift and power-tilt loads
through 90°. This enables safe,
swift and simple manoeuvring,
both horizontally and vertically, of
heavy and unwieldy objects such
as concrete products, steel plates
and stone blocks.
Adjustable vacuum pads mean
the Batlift can handle a wide range
of different-sized items and a range
of weights, up to 5t. The automatic
battery-powered pump will run for
8h before it needs to be recharged;
an automatic 'low vacuum' warning
