Lower intensity moving and lifting
September 1st 2006

Toyota Industrial Equipment has launched the Easymover stacker range to meet the needs of users who move and lift relatively light loads. Comprising two Easymover models, the SP10 and SP10S, this new stacker range features a single column mast for maximum visibility and a tiller head with integrated lifting and lowering buttons. The SP10 features wrap-over forks and fixed support arms while the SP10S features wide straddle support arms.

Designed for low intensity applications, the range is suitable for lifting and lowering products in low-height storage systems, for use as a powered worktable, and also to support low-intensity order picking activity.

For order picking and worktable applications, the Easymover SP10 stacker can be equipped with an automatic height adjuster. This feature automatically adjusts the height of the forks to ensure the operator maintains the most comfortable working height when transferring goods to and from the stacker by hand.

Nigel Goodwin, warehouse equipment sales support executive, Toyota Industrial Equipment, comments: "With the launch of the Easymover stacker, Toyota has further enhanced its range to offer this compact stacker solution for lower intensity materials handling operations, as well as for applications seeking safe and easily moveable worktables".
