When UK feline welfare charity, Cats Protection, built a National Cat Centre in Sussex, existing supplier Stanley Handling was asked to replace an ageing Robur powered stacker and fully equip the new facility.

The warehouse handles the many products available through Cats Protection's 29 adoption centres and 256 volunteer run branches as well as stationery and promotional material. Space was needed for up to 300 pallets as well as loose cartons, totes and some bagged items; shelving on a mezzanine needed to accommodate over 1000 boxes of archive files.

Installation was completed to schedule and with minimal disruption.

Stanley Handling also supplied a 1200kg rated Robur SBC 4512 counterbalance pedestrian Stacker with a 4.5 metre lift.
