Two Nu-Star Power Pushers are used at B W Industries' manufacturing facility in East Yorkshire to manoeuvre a range of rolled steel sections from point of production to despatch.

A range of trolleys are used at the site to transport steel components weighing between 1000 and 6500kg. They used to be moved by hand, a labour intensive and time-consuming task.

Mike Pugh, MD, B W Industries, comments "After noticing the units at one of our clients, it immediately struck me as an ideal solution to transport steel sections around our works without the investment and ongoing costs of fork lifts, or using overhead cranes with limited movement. Indeed, the tug units have proved invaluable.
