automated guided vehicles, with
the latest safety technologies builtin,
are a well established tool-ofthe-
trade in the paper industry.
They deliver the goods and the
user reaps the benefits in many
applications right through the
manufacturing process.
AGVs are able to transport
awkward and difficult-to-handle
loads with a wide range of weights
and sizes.
When fitted with rotating reel
clamps they can be used for
efficient, automated transport,
handling and warehousing of 4t
paper reels and can block stack
the reels to heights of more than
4m. Super-heavyweight or jumbo
paper reels weighing 20t can be
transported safely. AGVs can be
standard trucks or tailor-made for
