Totally closed plastic pallet
May 1st 2009 Craemer has developed its first TC
'Totally Closed' plastic pallet that is
engineered to provide high levels of
durability and meet the high hygiene
demands of the food processing and
pharmaceutical industries.
Made from a high quality HDPE
virgin grade light blue material, with
a 'honeycomb' shaped internal
construction, the pallet combines
rigidity and strength with a long
service life.
A special welding process
developed by Craemer is used to seal
the lower deck and rim areas; this is
said to ensure total integrity against
the ingress of contaminants such as
liquid and bacteria into the pallet
structure. The smooth outer surfaces
can be easily cleaned manually or by
pallet wash machine.
Offering high racking and dynamic
load capacities, the standard 1200 x
1000mm TC plastic pallet is available
with three or five runners that are
chamfered on all approach edges for
easy access and removal of hand and
