since Packline developed a
bespoke drum handling system.
Overall dimensions and capacity
of the drum were of the utmost
importance, construction needed
to be crevice-free and the material
was to be 316L stainless steel.
Drums, once filled, hold 150L of
solution. They are lifted, transported
to the production line and poured
into processing machinery.
Packline worked closely with a
specialist drum manufacturer to
achieve exact design requirements
and adapted its stainless steel
mobile lifter, the Compac, with a
purpose-designed drum clamp
