When a risk assessment at Incentive Pharma UK highlighted a potential hazard caused by manual handling a large, awkward mixing vessel, the company contacted Edmolift for help.

The bespoke solution comprises a U-shaped platform with the arms locating either side of the vessel and providing support to the unit when it is being removed from the line. There is a low profile chassis for under machine access, a load retaining jig and vertically mounted cylinder with highly accurate manually operated hydraulics.
