FOR TUBULAR PILLOWS

The new EasyAir Cassette from Easypack is designed to generate large tubular pillows to any length and volume, with softness controlled by the packer as each bag is formed.

The company says the result is exactly the right amount of void fill every time, with no waste. Bags are produced on demand, eliminating the storage and distribution problems associated with large numbers of small bags.

Easy to use, the operator simply pulls the required length from the machine, the bag inflates automatically and is sealed at the press of a button. Film is supplied on a rapid change cassette that generates up to 0.8m3 of void fill.

The compact machine has inbuilt pump and can be supplied on low cost monthly rental. It will be launched at Interpack (21 to 27 April, Dusseldorf).
