Optimise loading bay use
September 4th 2003

Crawford Amber has launched a BUS-networked loading bay control system. The new Supervision i400 offers advanced operation and maintenance functionality and seamless integration with facility management systems

The Supervision i400’s built-in display screen offers text and graphics to indicate the status of the dock leveller, shelter and associated safety equipment such as wheel chocks. Six simple push buttons provide the operator with control over all of the loading bay equipment, with clear on-screen instructions and button illumination highlighting the correct sequences

In addition, the Supervision i400 also automatically displays routine service requirements, ensuring that all preventative maintenance is carried out promptly and efficiently

Furthermore, automatic fault detection provides immediate diagnosis of any technical problems, minimising loading bay downtime and cutting repair costs

Supporting standard BUS network protocols, the Supervision i400 can interface directly with facility management systems.
