The Tri-Wall team at DS Smith has designed a heavy duty, triple fluted corrugated fitting that folds around a product to form a stable rectangular shape. It is secured with a jigsaw style lock.

The fitting fills the outer container, preventing movement and eliminating bulging. Outer containers need not be strengthened.
