Fills a void

When Bertram Books streamlined its picking and packing line, Easypack's Cassette was chosen to fill top voids in cartons.

With an average 1200+ orders dispatched per day, a new conveyor sortation system is showing efficiencies in labour and time. Easypack adapted overconveyor frames for the 5 Cassette systems in place to allow packers easy access to air-pillow packaging in a contained area.

Mark Sullivan, packaging materials buyer, says "We like the cassette as it's easy to use, straight into the box void fill and we can control the amount of air fill, making it suitable for larger voids." Stand 3146
