Jemac announce new machines to expand product range

Jemac Packaging has announced the addition of new pallet strapping machines to their comprehensive range of end of line packaging machinery. The new machines are designed to reduce person-hours by up to 50%, as well as reducing the risk of back strain and injury. The range includes two semi auto vertical strapping machines for securing of palletized loads, and one semi auto horizontal strapping to provide load safety. The semi –automatic strapping machine range, offers a number of operator benefits including: Strap width up to 16mm Fast Strapping Speeds Variable strap tension control. Option for Stainless steel frame (SUS304) Easily Transportable Patented adjustable strap dispenser for different core sizes. Jemac can also offer horizontal semiautomatic strapping machines, designed to give adjustable height straps on the pallet load with simple and safe operation by only one operator, thus reducing strains due to holding tools at difficult angles. Completing the range are the two vertical strapping machines. First, is a budget machine offering all the benefits of the semi automatic machine range for light duty applications. For heavier applications is a machine that operates with both PP and PET straps at higher tensions. This means that further benefits are available to the operator in better pack retention, longer safe life time of strapped pack (as PET strap retains its tension over a longer period). This machine offers an automatically retractable lance, once the strap has been placed around the pack giving simple yet fast strapping facilities. The machines are available for purchase or for hire, with a full service option.
