Paper tape dispenser

An electronic gummed paper tape dispenser has been introduced by Packer Products.

The C25 machine automatically moistens, cuts and dispenses and has a user-friendly keypad that gives complete control to the user.

Single or multiple lengths can be produced, ranging from 10 to 110cm at 10cm intervals, at the touch of a button.

A +5 button adds 5cm to the pre-set length, increasing the number of set lengths to 22.

Alternatively, two different lengths (short and long) can be programmed for single button recall that is suitable for H-style case sealing. A ‘free length’ button dispenses any tape length required.

The machine can be used with all types of gummed tape, gummed side in or out, in widths from 20 to 100mm, including reinforced. A top heat unit ensures high performance sealing in almost any environment, while an optional print and dating unit provides coding flexibility.

The unit is suitable for integration into automated packaging lines.
