Pneumatic strapper
September 1st 2008 A pneumatic hand strapping tool
has been added by Cyklop to its
range of friction weld strapping
equipment.
Offering high tension of up to
5000N (500kg), the CP500 will
accept polyester straps of between
12 and 19mm, which means only
one tool needs to be offered for all
applications. Strap thickness is
from 0.7 to 1.4mm.
Adjustable welding/cooling time
control improves the weld joint
efficiency, making the tool suitable
for securing heavy and difficult
products.
