Strapping tool
July 1st 2008 An improved version of Cyklop's
ES600a automatic pallet strapping
system is available in the UK from
Cyklop UK. The 700 series was
launched at the international
Easyfairs Packtech Exhibition and
offers all the benefits of the E600A
and more.
On show was the 720E with
integrated friction weld strapping
tool which operates from the same
battery pack as the strap dispenser.
The tool is supported during
strapping, ensuring that it cannot be
dropped and damaged. Improved
loading and redesigned strap
sledge guarantee faster strapping
time and increased reliability.
The Chain Lance allows quick,
smooth application of strap, with
reduced operator effort as all lance
controls are via a joystick.
The 700 series is suitable for
automatic application of either
polypropylene or polyester strap,
requiring only one person
operating in a standing position
throughout the process with no
need to bend down to pass the
