Straps corrugated cases January 1st 2008 W.E. Roberts has installed a
second Mosca pallet press for the
strapping of corrugated cases. The
first KZV 111 was bought three
years ago during the company's
relocation to new 90,000ft2
premises in Northfleet, Kent. It had
been performing well so when
W.E.Roberts needed to replace a
twenty-year old competitor
machine, the company turned
again to Mosca.
Both machines feature a moveable
sealing unit, with the strap guided
through a moveable lance,
providing optimum efficiency
for W.E.Roberts' needs. Each
machine is strapping around
300-400 pallets per day, well
within their capability.
"With such good machines at
our disposal, we want to make
sure that we get excellent longterm
value out of them," says
Richard Puffette. "As we are not
using the strappers to their
maximum speed, we have the
confidence that they will continue
to meet our requirements
as our
company
grows". More articles from Mosca Direct Ltd: |
