Relocatable and quick to erect March 1st 2007 When the Transdevelopment Group required an automotive processing warehouse for one of its clients it turned to Rubb Buildings to provide a structure to house imported cars and create a workshop for the vehicles. Working closely with the company, Rubb constructed a 21.37m by 52.5m BVE building with 6m sidewalls. It comprises a galvanised steel frame with a high strength PVC-coated polyester translucent membrane and post production hot dip galvanising of all welded components. The structure can be extended easily if further space is required in the future. Frame-supported membrane structures are also relocatable. Access is via standard doors around the facility; the main vehicle entrance is at the front gable end. Use of a white, semi-translucent roof fabric provides a bright interior and contributes to a safe working environment. Rubb provided a turnkey service that included site foundations, electrical work, lighting and inclusion of an exhaust fan system. More articles from Rubb Buildings Limited: |
