(CP-RAM) specialises in production
of high quality frozen food from its
base in Patum Thani, Thailand.
The company decided in 2005
that storage facilities had to
expand to keep pace with growth
and, after evaluating the options,
Storax mobile racking was chosen
for a new freezer store.
The system provides capacity for
storage of 4400 pallets of frozen
food. Benefits claimed include high
density storage and direct access
to all pallet loads. Storage is so
dense that each 2.4m3 pallet in the
cold store occupies just 4.75m2,
driving down refrigeration costs
and minimising environmental
impact. The Storax mobile racking
has resulted in occupancy levels in
