Drum heater

research and development LMK
Thermosafe's Faratherm induction
base heater is ATEX and IECEx
certified and designed to be used
safely under most drums and in
conjunction with a 'top-hat' or LMK's
Thermosafe induction heater.
The company says the combined
effect is a significant improvement
in total melt times for difficult solids,
such as waxes and synthetic resins;
surface temperatures remain within
certified limits.
The Faratherm can also be used
independently to reduce the
viscosity of liquids, or combined
with one of LMK's insulating jackets
to keep drum temperatures above
the melt point of many common
