Uni-Pak, a unit load container system from Kaysersberg Plastics is now available with fixed return collars that turn the pallet base, lid and sleeve system into a selfcontained unit.

For economical and efficient empty transit and storage, sleeve and internal fittings can be folded and locked within the dimensions of the dismantled Uni-Pak.

The durable, twin-sheet thermoformed return collars are available to fit full size Unipaks, from 1200 by 800 to 1600 by 1200mm, and in two heights to provide 125 and 365mm ullage between deck and lid.

The smaller collar can be used to unitise the sleeve, base-board and several layer boards, whereas the taller collar accommodates larger and more complex demountable internal fittings and dunnage.
