November 1st 2006 Production Inspectors from Mettler Toledo,have supplied Northern Food Group business, Park Cakes, with a comprehensive range of weighing technologies designed to help improve consistent tolerances, check for metal contamination and also be fully compatible with the hygienic requirements of a food manufacturing environment. In developing a solution for Park Cakes, Mettler Toledo Product Inspection division, supplied 11 units made up of its S3 CombiCheckers (metal detection and checkweighing) with 'statistics' and S3 Checkweighers. Each model is covered by METTLER TOLEDO Product Inspection's Gold Service contract which includes routine servicing, labour costs for call-outs and discounts on spare parts purchased.
