Tvoc monitor for zone 2

approved 3 wire TVOC (total volatile
organic compound) monitor, for use
without safety barriers in Zone 2
hazardous areas, can be used to
directly replace an existing
photoionisation detector, saving time
and costs of installation. TVOC is also
available as an IECEx and ATEX
approved 4 wire option for Zone 1
areas, with safety barriers.
Designed for fixed, continuous area
monitoring, TVOC provides rapid,
accurate detection of volatile organic
compounds (VOCs). The 4-20mA
analogue output allows TVOC to be
integrated into a DCS control system
to give warning or control of high
VOC levels within the working
environment.
The TVOC PID cell uses patented
Fence Electrode Technology. Its PID
capabilities provide high levels of
resistance to humidity and give fast,
consistent results. Applications include
manufacturing and processing plants,
