Air Cleaning Systems (ACS) has introduced new filters to meet the demands of the machine tool and machining industries for improved performance and continuous operation without regular maintenance. Designed to provide reliable filter performance, especially for non-stop machining processes, the fit-and-forget OMF range takes into account the increased pollution generated by todays machine tools. Capacities range from 2500 to 7500m3/h and the free-standing filter unit can accommodate one or more machine tools. It has two glass fibre cartridges arranged in double pass formation that ensure a mean efficiency of 99.5% over a particle range of 1 to 10micron
