Confined space monitors are required for entry into tanks, pits or trenches, to protect workers from lack of Oxygen, or high levels of toxic gases.

The BioSystems ToxiPro and MultiPro single and multigas monitors from Shawcity have been upgraded, and now have datalogging and three-way alarms as standard, while prices have fallen.

The datalogging capability includes powerful BioTrack software, and alarms have a loud sounder, bright flashing lamp and vibration.

With the IQ Express test and calibration station it's just a case of dropping an instrument into the cradle; in seconds, it tests the monitor and calibrates it. IQ Express can produce a record of each test and calibration, and warn if the sensor is approaching end-of-life.

This means workers will wear monitors which are kept in top condition – and you can prove it!
