March 1st 2005 Multiflow powered respiratory systems from Murex comprise air filter unit, air hose and one of an approved range of head units.
Contaminated air is drawn into the air filter unit by a battery powered motorised fan and is filtered by being passed through the pre-filter and main filter. Clean air is then delivered to the head unit through the air hose.
Respirators have an alarm system to warn the user of low battery condition or low airflow.
The hood is on an adjustable harness and provides head and shoulder protection against particulates. It is available with acetate or polycarbonate screen.
The head-piece is a welding helmet with: electronic switchable 9/13 filter; inner visor that provides a breathing chamber and impact protection; and air supply channel. More articles from Murex Welding Products Ltd: |
