Pain-free work March 1st 2011 Betty Hedrick of Western Australia
used to experience pain in her hands
when using
conventional
computer keyboards.
Since switching to a
Maltron keyboard,
she reports that
the pain has gone.
She had been using QWERTY for
more than 35 years, but adapted well
to the Maltron layout.When it's
necessary for her to use a QWERTY
again, she finds that she is very slow.
Hedrick says there are sometimes
days in a row when she uses the
keyboard very little, but that she
doesn't have any problem coming
back to it: "The only
time I ever slow
down is when I've
been forced to use
QWERTY and
then 10 to 15
minutes repeating
random exercises from the training
manual is all it takes to fix it." More articles from P C D Maltron Ltd: |
