Protection and comfort
November 1st 2006 Algeos has introduced an orthotic insert that promises protection and comfort along with many other health benefits. Employees often complain of fatigue, foot, knee and back pain. Few people realise that a majority of these cases are a result of problems with their feet. The Prothotics Semi-Flex has been designed with a carbon base for extra arch support for those who work on hard surfaces for long periods of time. The top cover absorbs perspiration for dryness and comfort, whilst the fabric reduces friction to prevent irritation to the foot. The urethane cushion layer also provides shock absorption, as well as long lasting comfort. The heel is made from Vygel, which provides extra shock attenuation.
