ATEX alarms

Clifford and Snell, a division of Signature Industries, now offers its Yodalex range of explosionproof alarms and its entire range of intrinsically safe units with ATEX approval.

Compliance for Yodalex is EN 50014:1997 + Amendments 1 and 2, EN 50018:2000 and EN 50281-1- 1:1998. The unit comprises a single sounder, single strobe and a combination sounder/strobe.

The range features explosionproof enclosure made from LM6 aluminium alloy and a borosilicate glass dome to provide a secure housing for the strobe. IP66 NEMA 4X rated and offered in AC and DC versions, units have a weatherproof horn to meet requirements in harsh environments and provide a high sound and light output with low power consumption.
