Mobile printing
November 1st 2003

Printing of inspection labels is said to be easier now that Brother has introduced the Bluetooth version of m-Print, believed to be the worlds smallest self-contained mobile printer. The device is said to bring true wireless technology to printing from laptops, Personal Digital Assistants and tablet pcs. Printing on A7 labels in three sizes or thermal paper, m-Print is suitable for use by health and safety managers who need to output and affix information in various on-site locations while retaining a permanent digital record. Users obtain quality printouts that serve as clear records of a fire extinguisher inspection, pat, asbestos survey, and so on. The unit measures 10 by 15.8 by 1.75cm, weighs 300g and prints 300 by 300dpi quality at a speed of 15sec per page.
