Safety torch
November 1st 2003

The EX250 straight two-cell safety torch is the latest atex-compliant product from S.A. Equipment. Approved for use in atex-classified Zones 1 and 2 potentially explosive atmospheres and zones 21 and 22 (dusts), the torch is powered by two D cells that can be alkaline or zinc chloride. It has a single high power krypton bulb, with two spare bulbs contained in the base cap. A self-locking lamp module allows the bulb to be replaced safely when working in a hazardous area. An optional luminescent glo cap helps users find the torch in the dark.
