REMOVES ODOUR AND FUMES

Jasun Filtration has launched two new systems for the removal and reduction of odours and chemical fumes from the workplace.

Chemisorb-Excel is a blend of high-grade carbon and alumina/potassium permanganate that destroys odours, corrosive gases and fumes. Non-toxic, safe and developed for ease of use and disposal, its combination of filters both adsorbs and removes fumes, odours and pollutant gases from a wide range of contaminants.

Designed for use with the Chemisorb-Excel or with carbon granules, the companys recyclable Adcells are made from durable polystyrene plastic and are said to be up to 75% cheaper to maintain than standard discarb units. Only the granules need replacing. The company says that as air volume versus pressure drop is lower, lesser-powered, (therefore quieter and cheaper) fans can be used.
