Single gas monitor with ATEX approval

Anew industry benchmark is claimed by BW Technologies for its weatherproof, single gas monitor. ATEX-approved, GasAlert Extreme provides protection from H2S, SO2, CL2, CO, HCN, NO2, O2, NH3 or PH3.

The compact instrument, with an IP66/67 rating, features: high output, audible, visual and vibrator alarms; low, high TWA and STEL alarm settings; large alphanumeric LCD with real-time display; autobacklight; run silent mode; and built-in, concussion-proof boot.

Field selectable user options enable GasAlert Extreme to be customised for most environments.

Calibration due dates and alarm settings can be configured to meet specific industry requirements, and a pass-code protect function enables tamperproof operation.

Optional data logging and event logging enhance flexibility.
