An automated method for allowing organisations to comply with corporate governance legislation is provided by Omega IP's Lone Worker Protection System. This allows a company to keep its workforce safe without the traditional overheads or reliance on bureau-based systems.

The 24 hour automated system keeps track of all workers' appointments, raising alarms in a variety of ways using Omega's unified communications to colleagues or supervisory staff. Lone worker appointment entry can be via web, telephone, mobile handset or email. Features include automated, user definable comfort calls to lone workers to a full voice recording, system logging and panic service.
