MobiCare from Argyll Telecom is a simplified mobile phone that offers limited call functionality and an embedded safety device. Suitable for a range of lone workers, it is simple to use and satisfies health and safety legislation in relation to lone workers.

As the device has limited dialling capacities, it minimises costs without reducing any of the benefits of maintaining regular contact with friends of colleagues.

The user can maintain links with up to four nominated contacts who can be called at the press of a single button. Should the user need immediate help, they press two buttons on the phone to create an emergency signal to Argyll's 24h control room, initiating an agreed incident procedure
