Dave explains
May 1st 2007

Scriptographic Publications' training booklets are now offered as computer-based animated products.

The Manual Handling booklet in Classic and Realstyle is the first to be animated and shows correct lifting and carrying movements in a way that the company believes inert diagrams are not able to do.

Illustrations come to life and key points are emphasised by a screen character, called Dave, who talks the trainee through the training experience. Viewing is via a work station or Scriptographic's website.

The company has also launched AIM, a remote training system, which enables training and testing to be conducted on-line.
