Timer switch

Labcraft has launched its latest interior lighting timer switch for the commercial vehicle market. The new switch has all of the standard functionality needed, including waterproofing to IP55 and an option to illuminate lights on door openings.

By installing timer switches, fleet managers will ensure that they will not experience the inconvenience of flat batteries within their vehicles if the internal lights are accidently left on. Once the timer switch has been activated the light will illuminate for a certain period of time before turning off automatically.

Obviously it can be hazardous if lights go out while operators are working, therefore the timer switch gives a five minute warning via a set number of lights extinguishing, prior to all lights going out.

The Timer Switch has a 25 minute setting as standard but Labcraft will happily discuss specific requirements.
