Report An Incident is an internetbased accident and incident reporting system from Praxis42 that provides easy and instant access for site or facility managers, health and safety practioners and employees of companies of any size.

Users enter incident details from any web-based PC by going to www.reportanincident. com and logging in with a secure user-name and password.

Information is stored on secure servers.

The product is flexible and users can change and customise fields, such as regions, multiple site names, job types and types of injury. The system also allows the recording of environment incidents, making it suitable for any industry.

System administrators are emailed and notified the moment a report has been filed. They can quickly analyse the data and generate and print reports. A useful feature is a link to the HSE website that enables users to obtain the F2508 forms.
