Helping to reduce noise
September 1st 2003 Troax UK has custom-designed an open-plan office area at Goodrich Power Systems manufacturing facility in Buckinghamshire using double glazed panels to help reduce noise levels and provide a more comfortable working environment.
A light and airy design was created for the 21 by 10m office area by using fully glazed panels from the companys Excalibur range of modular partitioning.
The aluminium framed partitioning uses chair rail glazed panels incorporating an aluminium bar that fits flush with the panels and runs around the entire structure at waist height. This maximises the strength of the partitioning, while retaining the attractive, fully glazed design.
