Padded harness

A padded harness has been introduced by Protecta, part of Capital Safety Group Northern Europe (CSGNE).

The Silver Back harness has been designed for ease of fitting and to give maximum comfort to workers at height who have to spend many hours in harnesses.

The lightweight, full body fall arrest device features contoured pads around the shoulders and waist. These give the harness its form, making it easy to fit. Silver Back can be put on in seconds and has fast action and quick release buckles that provide positive engagement in a fraction of the time of a conventional buckle and link arrangement.

The harness is made of a breathable material that helps to eliminate perspiration. Other features include a 5-point adjuster with shoulder, thigh and chest adjustable buckles.
