Safety footwear manufacturer Jallatte is set to launch more than 70 new styles of shoes and boots that are designed specifically for the UK market. Comprising eight new ranges with many safety features, the new styles will fit into distinct fields of activity, ensuring that employees can quickly and easily determine which products are right for them. Already available from Jallatte is the Triftane sole unit offering high level grip, shock absorption and heat insulation levels, the Lightane range with Xetane composite toe cap, and the Flextane composite puncture resistant midsole. Stuart Turnbull, UK market development manager, says If you work, for example, in the construction or manufacturing sectors, you can now home straight in on a range of high quality safety footwear designed just for those environments, that not only saves time, but significantly reduces the risk of losing an employee due to a foot related injury.
