The CR:272 from Cirrus Research provides all measurement functions required for a comprehensive noise assessment, yet is simple to use. The layout and switches on the instrument have been designed to be used by operators who may only need to carry out measurements occasionally. The instrument can be supplied on its own, or as a complete measurement kit (CK:272), that includes all of the accessories required for operation. Cirrus stresses that accurate measurement of workplace noise is becoming increasingly important and claims that the CR:272 is the ideal tool to ensure compliance with both current and future legislation.
