(formerly the brand Bilsom) has
launched a new radio hearing
protection earmuff – the Radio Hi-
Visibility Earmuff. These new
earmuffs combine two important
factors – primarily worker safety but
also motivation during repetitive or
monotonous tasks.
The luminous green earcups
and reflective headband make the
wearer easy to see in poor light
conditions, while the earmuffs
themselves offer hearing protection
with Sperian's Air Flow Control
technology. This provides optimal
noise attenuation across all
frequencies when the radio is
switched off and delivers an SNR
of 31dB. When the radio is
switched on, Radio Hi-Visibility's
patented electronics ensure
listening volume does not exceed
82dB, allowing the wearer to listen
at safe levels and be protected
while they are working without
exposure to additional noise.
To improve job satisfaction, the
earmuffs feature a new AUX input
jack which connects to MP3
players or portable radio devices. More articles from Sperian Protection (UK) Ltd: |
