Described as a totally new concept for compliance with the noise at work regulations, dBAlert from Castle Group is a personally worn device that warns the wearer when noise levels become dangerous and hearing protection must be used. It also advises when it is safe to remove ear defenders.

The unit activates only when noise exceeds a user-defined, pre-set level. On triggering, a hyper-bright warning led flashes to catch the wearers attention through their peripheral vision, warning that ear defenders must be worn.

Self-contained and easy to set up, dBAlert is also available with optional vibrating alert.
