Available from OEM Automatic, the Janus JTRX is a Category 4, two-beam retro-reflective safety barrier that comprises active and passive elements.

The active side of the barrier houses transmitter and receiver in the same profile; the passive side contains two 45° mirrors that need no electrical connection.

The company says the concept is particularly effective in applications where pedestrian access control is essential, but electrical connection to both sides is not always possible.

Features include 6m scanning range and quick installation via M12 8-pin connector.
