Compact high vacuum unit removes dust & fume
November 1st 2004

Compact high vacuum units have been introduced by Nederman for dust and fume removal in general industrial applications.

Units are mounted on a base for ease of handling by a standard pallet truck. They are easily installed by non-specialist personnel and are compatible with the wide range of Nederman extraction system accessories.

Features include integrated PLC for on-board control, safety and maintenance monitoring. Ease of application is conferred by automatic filter cleaning. A specially developed filter system features a dynamic reducer to pre-separate coarse particles, ensuring high efficiency and long operational life.

Filter cleaning is automatic using a short reversed air blast.

Remote/automatic start and stop are standard, as is a duty idling and temperature monitoring and control function. A filter indicator light signals the need for servicing, while the emptying of collected dust is simplified by the bag-lined, bottommounted, plastic collection bin.
