Easy-fit for fencing system
March 1st 2008 A modular machine safety fencing
system from Troax is designed to
ensure high levels of safety for staff
working in factories where there
are industrial robots, conveyors
and other potentially hazardous
automated machinery.
Supplied in kit format, SmartFix
machine fencing can be quickly
assembled by one person, making
it a cost effective solution for
applications from isolating robotic
cells to guarding conveyors and
materials handling systems.
The fencing features a new type
of bracket, which simplifies fitting.
The height of the bracket can be
adjusted easily to suit a particular
application.
To further reduce assembly time
on site, doors (either swing or
sliding) are supplied in a preassembled
kit and can be fitted
with Troax's Safe-Lock mechanical
interlocking system.
The wire mesh fencing panels
are constructed from steel tube for
