Installation of a Kentruck work positioner has made life easier for operators at Johnson Diversey who previously had to bend to pick bottles from corrugated stillages and place them on a production line for labelling.

The Ergo 800ET work positioner can lift a pallet to 900mm and tilt 45°, allowing easy access to the bottom of the box of bottles.

The unit's forks have various options; they can tilt either 45° each way, or one side can have a 90° tilt. A unit with 180° tilt will be available shortly. The truck is available in manual and electric versions with many options to tailor the range to the customer's exact requirements.
