Machine protection doors
November 1st 2007 New from sara is a safety door for machine protection purposes that conforms to all required EN regulations. The Sprint 300MP can be used in applications such as welding environments, milling machines, robots, cutting and painting systems, production lines and safety fences. Made of aluminium with integrated safety switches, the door is uncomplicated in concept, yet robust. It can be installed adjacent to machinery by virtue of special pressure resistant curtains which also deflect dust and noise. Inherent safety is augmented by an electric self-testing safety edge and a doorline photocell preventing closure when obstructed. The door can be specified with or without a control system.
