More gensets
January 1st 2008 Scorpion Power Systems has
expanded its standard range of
Powerhouse canopy gensets.
These are now available from 5.5
to 1100kVA. Competitively priced,
the gensets have generous fuel
tank capacities and are offered on
short lead times.
Providing a high power to space
ratio and low noise levels, the
Powerhouse diesel canopy
gensets are said to be reliable,
durable and to be service-friendly,
making them suitable for power
generation. The compact units are
suitable for use in stationary units
and mobile installations.
Larger versions have engines
that can handle large step-load
situations, while at the same time
providing short recovery times. All
have a simple key start as
standard, but can be fitted with
automatic mains failure controls to
start and stop the generator when
